Veteran's Park Vendor Map
Registration is on a first come, first serve basis and spaces are limited. We do not have the resources available to email each vendor when registration opens, so PLEASE check our website and/or follow us on Facebook to get notification on dates for this event. Registrations are not considered complete until all forms have been mailed in along with the $50.00 deposit check and payment is received in full through "Eventbrite". Eventbrite is the website we use to assign vendor spaces and collect payment - you will be re-directed to that site to complete your registration once your online application is submitted, so have your credit card information ready at that time.
Your booth reservation is NOT complete until your signed waiver, tax ID (or special event license) and $50.00 deposit check for sales tax are mailed in to the address located on the waiver. Food Vendors must also include a copy of their Limited Liability Insurance and submit the health inspection forms DIRECTLY TO the Health Department (click on "food vendor instructions" above for details.)
The waiver can be printed off Here: Good Faith/Waiver and the mailing address is located on that form.
Upon completion of the online application and booth reservation, all vendors must mail in the following items:
1. Signed Good faith waiver and release form [Print Form]
2. Copy of Tax ID and/or event license
3. Copy of Limited Liability Insurance (food vendors only)
4. $50.00 Sales tax and security deposit check
(refundable at the end of the event when taxes are received.)
5. *If non-profit, a copy of 501-C3 Status
Sales Tax: A separate check in the amount of $50.00 is required as a deposit Only for your sales tax payment. The Blossom Festival Board of Directors will file a sales tax report and submit payment on your behalf. This will save you the time and money required for obtaining your own city sales tax license. A Blossom Festival representative will be in a designated area at the end of the event to collect your sales tax for the weekend which is required by the city of Cañon City. Your sales tax information must be received within 30 minutes of closing time. We will collect 2% of your total sales for the taxes due.
A final sales tax form will need to be signed by each vendor as well. Provided your space is left in a clean manner, and sales tax for both days have been collected, your deposit check will be returned to you at that time. Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of your $50.00 deposit.

No electricity is provided. Generators can be used. No stakes can be allowed for any area at either park location. Please make necessary arrangements for anchoring your canopies.
